Booking  and planning for trips may be a thrilling endeavor. When you choose Walking The Himalaya, the procedure is made even easier by our simple and flexible payment alternatives. Here's how to pay for your wonderful journey:

Step 1: Select Your Trip

First, look over our many packages and select the one that best adheres to your needs. We offer it all, whether you want an exhilarating trek, a cultural trip, or a wildlife safari! Once you've chosen your decision, fill out the booking form on our website with the essential information.

Step 2: Generating Invoice

Following receipt of your booking request, our team will examine it and send you a complete invoice outlining the entire cost of your selected trip.

Step 3: Select a Payment Method

For your convenience, Walking The Himalaya  accepts the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer: You can deposit funds directly into our company account.

Name of Beneficiary: Walking The Himalaya Treks and Tours Pvt. Ltd.

Card Payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express): You can also pay with your card. Please keep in mind that card payments will incur a bank surcharge of 4%. And, we'll be send you a third-party authorization form for the payment.

Step 4: Confirmation of Payment

Once you have made the payment, please email us a copy of your payment receipt or transfer details for our records and verification. We will email you a payment receipt and entire details on your trip after we confirm your payment.


Note: In order to finalize your reservation with Walking The Himalaya, a deposit of 15% of the total trip cost is needed. You can pay the remaining amount after arriving in Nepal.
