Langtang, Gosaikunda and Helambu trek is the combination of three of the popular trekking destinations. The three places are separate trekking destinations but we have brought you the combination of all three of these so that you would get in all in one pack. Some of the treks are easy and some are considered moderately difficult but during this trek of the combination of all these three you will be away from the bustling city to the wilderness and nature. You will be amid pristine nature without any human interference. On the trek there will be sceneries of many mountains of the Langtang region and many others.
KyangjinGompa monastery, Gosaikundalake and Helambu are our three main destinations but on the way there shall be numerous other places to visit, observe and know. There are so many places alongside this trek where there is not any influence of the modern world. Dense and colorful Rhododendron forests, snow-capped mountains, exalted waterfalls and unique civilizations are what this trek has to offer to you.
Besides the natural sceneries the shrines, monasteries and stupas of Buddhist people including the shrines visited or made for Guru Rinpoche are a treat as well. You can get to know about the Buddhist culture and know their ways of life and their stories. While doing so you will get an experience of what Buddhist lifestyle is really like. Exploring TreskoRi, the Buddhist locals and the shrines and monasteries will be a great experience as well. Since this trek is going to be pretty long you might feel exhausted and tired at times but the natural sceneries and warmth from people will keep you motivated to complete it.
Your journey begins with your arrival in the bustling capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu. A representative from our team will arrive for your pickup at TIA who will assist you together with your luggage and transportation to your hotel. There are no planned activities for the day, so you'll check your hotel and luxuriate in the afternoon and evening at your leisure. You may simply want to rest after your long flight, but the lively tourist markets and restaurants of the Thamel are an enticing draw for many visitors.

4. Altitude Sickness
Many treks in Nepal can take you quite rapidly to high altitudes, so you must give your body the time to acclimatize. If you ascend faster than your body can adapt then you will likely start to develop symptoms of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). Headache is the most common symptom, while nausea, vomiting, fatigue, loss of appetite, dizziness and sleep disturbances are some others.
The best way to adapt to higher altitude is to ascend slowly and gradually. The common method is that you should take 2-3 days to reach 3000m. If traveling to above this height remember to have extra acclimatization days.
5. Safety and security
You can have Travel Insurance while trekking which is the safest measure. However, there are some measures following which you can implement to ensure safety:

7. Recommended Equipment
While coming to trek, the weather and the time is one of the most important factors. Although you can trek in any time of the year to trek to Helambu but it is best to come during spring and the autumn to get the best view of the crystal clear sky from dusk till dawn. During the winters and monsoon, the trek will be a bit challenging but some people are excited by such challenges. If you are someone who likes challenges then coming during winters or monsoon is good but if you want a more comfortable and pleasant experience then better come during spring and autumn.
We will run our booked trips under normal situations. There is an opportunity to go for the trip even if other hikers cancel at the end moment. We will not cancel the entire trip even if there is a fewer number of people. Usually, your guide advises you to go to the toilet in the tea houses before leaving to prevent the need to go during the trail. However, you may come across a few houses along the trail that will let you use their toilet. But in case of an emergency you will have to go in the wild if there are no houses nearby.
You can find various ways to access the web. If you have purchased a SIM card, you will be able to use data to access the internet. However, the network connection for both communication and internet access might not be consistently good. As you progress higher, the connection may get weak. Trekking needs few days of walking that is continuous. You may find it difficult and boring at some times. Sometimes, you also need to fight with the high altitude. Trekking is not exhausting if you are reasonably fit. We design our trek to make your journey comfortable.
